Trainer for the CII EHS Excellence Awards since 2025. Facilitated three-day programmes for four batches of assessors, drawing on assessment experience across industries.
Supported St. Joseph’s College for Women, Visakhapatnam, in its 2023 certification work through system development, documentation, staff training, and a Green Audit Report.
Created a resource portal bringing together more than 400 service providers, officials, and helplines. It received over 400,000 visits during the pandemic.
JCI Resources supported the creation of more than 15,000 logos and 9,000 flyers, making everyday design tasks more accessible to members.

My journey has taken me from biotechnology research and teaching to organisational systems, sustainability, training, and entrepreneurship.
Along the way, I’ve built digital tools, developed learning programmes, supported environmental management systems, and led community initiatives. Those experiences continue to shape the work I do today.
Beyond work: three half marathons, a longest run of 31 kilometres, and a commitment to community life.
